Weekly Kids Diet Meal Plan for Kenyans

We created this meal timetable to help Kenyan mothers with deciding on what foods their kids should eat.
For snacks at 10 am and 4 pm, you can interchange the following depending on availability;
Fruits (Apple, Mango, Ripe Banana, Watermelon, PawPaw, Kiwi Fruit);
Juice (Blended Mango Juice, Tangerine Fruit, Ribena);
Snack (Low Fat Yoghurt);
Nuts (Peanuts or groundnuts).
