For snacks at 10 am and 4 pm, you can interchange the following depending on availability;
Fruits (Apple, Mango, Ripe Banana, Watermelon, PawPaw, Kiwi Fruit);
Juice (Blended Mango Juice, Tangerine Fruit, Ribena);
Snack (Low Fat Yoghurt);
Nuts (Peanuts or groundnuts).
