Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- Chopped onions
- Salt to taste
- Chilies
Preparation Procedure
- Prepare a simple kachumbari by cutting the tomatoes and mixing them with chopped onions and chilies
- Boil the eggs for 15 minutes
- Deep them in cold water before peeling them to make the peeling easier
- Cut the boiled eggs into halves
- On each half add kachumbari and sprinkle salt
- Enjoy it as a snack
