Beef Fry and Chips Recipe


Chips and Beef Fry is a delicious dish that, once you try it, you will be hooked. Beef fry is made by frying meat in a pan with a bit of cooking oil. Beef Fry and Chips is perfect for Sunday or Saturday lunch.


  • 300g Meat
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ tablespoon Ginger

Preparation Procedure

  1. Cut meat into pieces
  2. Wash the meat and drain the water
  3. Put it in a bowl, add lemon juice, mashed garlic, and ginger then mix with your clean hands
  4. Transfer the meat to a cooking pot and place it on medium heat. Do not add any water. The meat has little quantity of water.
  5. Add salt and keep turning the meat until all the water is dry
  6. In the same pan pour 2 tablespoons of oil and allow it to become hot
  7. Add the dry meat and keep mixing until it is brown
  8. Meat is ready to be served with chips/French fries (I have done the recipe check it out and try it)
