Beef Fry and Chips Recipe
Description
Chips and Beef Fry is a delicious dish that, once you try it, you will be hooked. Beef fry is made by frying meat in a pan with a bit of cooking oil. Beef Fry and Chips is perfect for Sunday or Saturday lunch.
Ingredients
- 300g Meat
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ tablespoon Ginger
Preparation Procedure
- Cut meat into pieces
- Wash the meat and drain the water
- Put it in a bowl, add lemon juice, mashed garlic, and ginger then mix with your clean hands
- Transfer the meat to a cooking pot and place it on medium heat. Do not add any water. The meat has little quantity of water.
- Add salt and keep turning the meat until all the water is dry
- In the same pan pour 2 tablespoons of oil and allow it to become hot
- Add the dry meat and keep mixing until it is brown
- Meat is ready to be served with chips/French fries (I have done the recipe check it out and try it)
