French Toast
Description
Make your breakfast delicious by trying this French toast recipe. Most Kenyans prefer preparing it for breakfast since its ingredients are readily available and take a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla Essence
Preparation Procedure
- In a bowl beat the eggs, add cinnamon, salt, and vanilla essence then mix well
- Place a frying pan on medium heat and pour some cooking oil
- Deep one slice of bread in a mixture prepared and transfer it to the frying pan
- Cook both sides until they are golden brown
- Repeat the process with the remaining slice of bread if your pan is not big enough to accommodate 2 slices of bread
- French toast is ready to be served with tea or coffee
