Description
Boiled eggs are delicious street food in Kenya, especially when combined with raw sliced tomatoes. At home, you can make a tasty and protein-packed breakfast by boiling some eggs and pairing them with a few slices of bread and a cup of tea.

Preparation Procedure
- In a medium heat boil water in a cooking pot. Boil enough water that cover the eggs by an inch
- Place the eggs slowly into the boiling water and cover
- Allow them to boil for 15 Minutes
- To peel them nicely, place the boiled eggs in a bowl of cold water
- Beat the bottom wider part of the egg gently and start peeling
- Repeat the peeling process with the rest of the eggs
- Enjoy them as breakfast with bread
