Description

Boiled eggs are delicious street food in Kenya, especially when combined with raw sliced tomatoes. At home, you can make a tasty and protein-packed breakfast by boiling some eggs and pairing them with a few slices of bread and a cup of tea.

  • Eggs
  • Water

Preparation Procedure

  1. In a medium heat boil water in a cooking pot. Boil enough water that cover the eggs by an inch
  2. Place the eggs slowly into the boiling water and cover
  3. Allow them to boil for 15 Minutes
  4. To peel them nicely, place the boiled eggs in a bowl of cold water
  5. Beat the bottom wider part of the egg gently and start peeling
  6. Repeat the peeling process with the rest of the eggs
  7. Enjoy them as breakfast with bread
