Fried eggs are a super easy and tasty breakfast option, especially when you pair them with some slices of bread and a cup of tea or coffee. Plus, you get a good dose of protein to start your day.


  • 3 Eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Preparation Procedure

  1. In a small bowl beat one egg add salt then whisk
  2. In a frying pan sprinkle cooking oil or use a brush to apply some cooking oil
  3. Add the whisked egg and let it cook until the top part is dry then flip
  4. Let the other part cook till it is slightly brown
  5. Repeat the procedure with the other eggs
  6. The fried eggs are ready to be served with bread and tea
