- 3 Eggs
- Cooking oil
- Salt
Preparation Procedure
- In a small bowl beat one egg add salt then whisk
- In a frying pan sprinkle cooking oil or use a brush to apply some cooking oil
- Add the whisked egg and let it cook until the top part is dry then flip
- Let the other part cook till it is slightly brown
- Repeat the procedure with the other eggs
- The fried eggs are ready to be served with bread and tea
