Pancakes are soft and fluffy round cakes made by mixing flour, eggs, and milk. You can enjoy them for breakfast with a cup of tea. Pancakes are perfect for both kids and adults because of their Soft texture. They make a great alternative to chapati for a delicious breakfast.


  • Baking flour
  • Baking powder
  • Sugar
  • Milk or Water
  • Eggs

Preparation Procedure

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl
  2. Add milk or water and mix
  3. Add sugar, and baking powder then whisk well
  4. Add baking flour and continue whisking to kill the lumps. The pancake batter should not be too light and not too thick it should be pourable to the surface
  5. Add cooking oil to the pancake batter and mix
  6. On low heat pour a little batter into a frying pan
  7. Let it cook until bubbles form and it is dry
  8. Flip on the other side and let it cook until it is brown
  9. Repeat the procedure with the remaining pancake batter
  10. Pancakes are ready to be taken for breakfast
