Description
Pancakes are soft and fluffy round cakes made by mixing flour, eggs, and milk. You can enjoy them for breakfast with a cup of tea. Pancakes are perfect for both kids and adults because of their Soft texture. They make a great alternative to chapati for a delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
- Baking flour
- Baking powder
- Sugar
- Milk or Water
- Eggs
Preparation Procedure
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- Add milk or water and mix
- Add sugar, and baking powder then whisk well
- Add baking flour and continue whisking to kill the lumps. The pancake batter should not be too light and not too thick it should be pourable to the surface
- Add cooking oil to the pancake batter and mix
- On low heat pour a little batter into a frying pan
- Let it cook until bubbles form and it is dry
- Flip on the other side and let it cook until it is brown
- Repeat the procedure with the remaining pancake batter
- Pancakes are ready to be taken for breakfast
