Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Green pepper
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes

Preparation Procedure

  1. Crack the eggs into the bowl and beat them properly
  2. Fry chopped onions in a frying pan with cooking oil
  3. In medium heat let them cook until they are translucent
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and green pepper
  5. Let them cook until they are well mashed
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Reduce the heat and add the beaten eggs as you mix
  8. Continue mixing until they solidify
  9. Add the coriander and mix
  10. Eggs are ready to be served with ugali and vegetables
