Description
Tea is a popular breakfast choice in Kenya. To make it, you need to boil cow's milk, add water and some tea leaves. Many Kenyans enjoy taking their tea with bread, mandazi, Chapati or doughnuts.
Ingredients
- Milk
- Water
- Tea leaves
- Ginger
Preparation Procedure
- On medium heat pour milk into a cooking pot
- Add water tea leaves and grated ginger
- Let it boil then add sugar and stir
- In low heat allow it to boil for five minutes
- Tea is ready to serve while hot
